This week’s song to me is about looking in the mirror. It's insane to expect anything to change in our lives if we don't change. We can certainly lie to ourselves and pretend that it will as we lose ourselves in other people, work, hobbies, religion, etc., but we are the only ones that are always with us wherever we go. So, at some point we will find ourselves alone.
Do we face ourselves, or do we always find something else to seize our attention, so we don't have to? Sure, you might be an extravert that feeds off the energy of social interactions, and do not like being alone for too long, but are you comfortable by yourself? Do you enjoy your own company? If not, what about yourself are you trying to avoid?
Take Care of Yourself,
Alex
